2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Description of Services
LinguaBoost AI provides AI-powered digital learning platforms for language education. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Structured language learning lessons and courses
- Interactive quizzes and exercises
- Progress tracking and analytics
- AI-powered personalized learning experiences
- Mobile applications and web-based platforms
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
5.1 Subscription Plans
Our services may include both free and premium subscription plans. The features, pricing, and terms of each plan are described on our respective product websites and within our applications.
5.2 Payment Terms
All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is due at the time of subscription or renewal. We accept payment methods as displayed during the checkout process.
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the applicable renewal price unless you cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation process described below.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
5.5 Refunds
Refund policies are subject to the applicable app store terms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) or as required by applicable law. For purchases made directly through our website, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU/EEA, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to:

If you requested the beginning of the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal from this contract.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, algorithms, and underlying code -- are owned by or licensed to LinguaBoost AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of our services without our prior written consent.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create undue burden on our services or connected networks
- Share your account credentials with third parties or allow unauthorized access
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, systems, or networks
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with our services
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
- Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
9. Availability and Modifications
We strive to ensure our services are available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinguaBoost AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinguaBoost AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
For consumers in the EU/EEA, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on our website. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a prominent notice within our services. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
